Return & Exchange Policy
At YOUNIQ RUGS we understand that choosing the perfect rug can be a personal decision. If you're not completely satisfied with your initial selection, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect piece for your home.
Eligibility for Exchanges:

You are eligible to exchange your rug for a different item within 2 days of delivery.

The rug you wish to return must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at youniqrugs@gmail.com or by phone at +91-8955366736 within the exchange window. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your rug.
Items Not Eligible for Exchanges:

Rugs that have been used or washed

Rugs that are damaged (unless damaged upon arrival)

Rugs that are not returned in their original packaging

Rugs returned without a return authorization number (RAN)

Rugs returned after the 2-day exchange window
Exchange Process:

Upon confirming your exchange request, we will arrange for a delivery partner to collect the original rug from your location at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive your returned rug and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full credit to your original payment method. This credit can be used towards the purchase of a new rug on our website.

You can browse our selection and choose a replacement rug of similar or higher value. We can also provide recommendations based on your initial selection and preferences.

Balance Payment: If your new selection is more expensive, you will need to make a balance payment before we dispatch it.

Exchange Value: If your new selection is less expensive, we will issue you a coupon code for the remaining balance.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
